New York State Police identify victim in fatal Sprain Brook Parkway crash

Authorities say Spillane was trying to pass several cars around 1:30 p.m. in the Town of Greenburgh. He then hit a Toyota Camry and lost control of the vehicle.

The driver killed in a crash on the Sprain Brook Parkway Saturday has been identified by police as 23-year-old Mamaroneck resident Logan Spillane.
Authorities say Spillane was trying to pass several cars around 1:30 p.m. in the Town of Greenburgh. He then hit a Toyota Camry and lost control of the vehicle.
The car rolled several times, according to police. The impact threw him out of the vehicle, and he died at the scene.
Authorities say the driver of the Camry sustained minor injuries.
