The FBI and Newburgh officials opened a new venue yesterday that they hope will keep teens out of trouble and off the streets.
At the Center for Hope, teens can study subjects such as dance or photography, as well as work on their GED.
Newburgh officials say providing kids with job training and a place to go is a top priority for the city, which has been ridden with crime and gang violence for years.
