Newburgh gang member pleads guilty to orchestrating 2016 murder

Ardae Hines, 37, admitted Wednesday to instructing an underage teen to kill Deandric Little during an argument on South Street in Newburgh, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

A Newburgh man, federal prosecutors say is a known gang member, has pleaded guilty to federal charges associated with a 2016 slaying.
Ardae Hines, 37, admitted Wednesday to instructing an underage teen to kill Deandric Little during an argument on South Street in Newburgh, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. 
Authorities say Hines also admitted to distributing narcotics as a member of the Southside gang. 
Hines faces 10 to 20 years in prison when he is sentenced later this year.
