Halloween is quickly approaching, and with it comes thoughts of candy, costumes and fun festivities, but for one city in the Hudson Valley, some trick-or-treaters will have to be off the streets by a certain time.
In the city of Newburgh, a Halloween curfew will be in effect from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. starting this Friday, Oct. 28 until Nov. 1.
These rules apply to any minor that is 16 years old and younger.
