The city of Newburgh mayor’s identical twin brother, Torrino Harvey, is accused of domestic violence at a Newburgh hotel and causing property damage.
The Orange County District Attorney‘s Office confirms that Harvey was arrested by Town of Newburgh police Aug. 7.
Harvey was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, assault in the third degree and criminal mischief.
He pleaded not guilty and is due back in court Oct. 18.
News 12 reached out to Newburgh Mayor Torrance Harvey for comment and to contact his brother but has not heard back.
