Gov. Kathy Hochul will give her first State of State address today.
Although it comes in the middle of this new COVID-19 surge, the governor will talk other topics as well.
She'll propose that future governors be held to a maximum of two four-year terms.
They also wouldn't be allowed to earn any outside income while in office.
