A New Jersey man is facing charges, and his construction company is being hit with OSHA violations following the death of a construction worker in Poughkeepsie.
OneKey LCC and its principal, Finbar O'Neill, are accused of placing construction loads on a concrete wall at One Dutchess Avenue without finding if the wall could hold the weight.
The company is also accused of not warning workers about the wall's danger, which collapsed and killed a worker in July of 2017.
O'Neill faces up to six months in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted, and OneKey could be fined up to $500,000.
