Several Hudson Valley natives shined bright on the last days of the Olympics.

Several Hudson Valley natives shined bright on the last days of the Olympics.
Rai Benjamin, of Mount Vernon, led the U.S. to gold in the 400-meter relay.
Brewster's McClain Ward also helped Team USA to silver in equestrian jumping.
And another it was silver for U.S. baseball with the help of West Nyack native Patrick Kivlehan.
Team USA edged out China for the most gold medal wins 39 to 38. Host country Japan took third place in gold medals with 27. The U.S. also comes home with the most amount of medals earned with 113 in all.
