Police say the incident happened around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the area of 155 South Broadway.
They say two men were allegedly arguing in a vehicle and a gun was fired.
Police say they have a person in custody and their investigation is ongoing.
Officials stress that there are no additional threats to the public.
