Two teens attacked with a scalpel in Fordham
Police say two 16-year-old boys are recovering after one was stabbed in the head and another cut in the face Tuesday night on Webster Ave. and E 187th St on Tuesday.

Police say two 16-year-old boys were viciously attacked Tuesday night between Webster Ave. and E 187th Street.
A source tells News 12 the victims and the attacker were in a physical fight before a scalpel was used to carry out the violent act. The weapon used in the crime was recovered at the scene.
One of the teens was stabbed in the head and the other was cut on the right side of his face. The boys were taken to the hospital and are expected to be ok.
Police sources confirm one person of interest is in custody but has not been charged at this time.
The investigation is still ongoing.
