A New Windsor man has pled guilty to sexually assaulting two children under the age of 11, according to the Orange County district attorney.

Prosecutors say Kevin Cholula, 31, admitted to assaulting the victims between July 2020 and October 2023.

He faces up to 20 years in prison and will have to register as a sex offender.
