Friday?s heavy rain caused concern in Orange County where the memories of April's devastating floods had county officials taking extra precautions to keep people safe. Orange County Executive Edward Diana says he isn?t taking any chances and warned people in the area to take precautions in the event of flash flooding. Officials are also encouraging people to find alternative driving routes to and from their homes and caution people against driving through flooded roadways. This storm, however, has not given the punch that was anticipated. And that's a relief to county officials who have been hard at work this year after recent flooding.
