Parents of three of the four Yonkers teens killed in a horrific crash in 2020 have filed lawsuits against the city and the police department.

The teens were killed when the car they were in collided with another driver.

In the lawsuit, the parents blame police for starting a chase with the driver and not engaging in proper precautions.

Police have said they were not involved in a high-speed chase.
