5h agoA Peekskill man has been indicted
in a deadly shooting at a Yonkers bar that killed one person and
injured another.
Yaquba McGougain, 29, was
indicted on charges including murder and attempted murder.
Authorities tell News 12 that
McGougain was at a party at Duo Tapas Bar and Lounge when several fights broke
out.
He was ushered out before allegedly grabbing a handgun from a parked
car.
He then allegedly fired at least three shots, striking two employees and
killing 22-year-old Antonio Antoine-Fils.
McGougain was arraigned and is being held in the county jail.
