A person was in a serious car crash in Beacon and had to be hospitalized early this morning. 

 Authorities say first responders found a car that crashed into Stinson's Hub on Fishkill Avenue around 1:30 a.m. 

 The driver was treated there, then taken to a hospital. The driver's condition is unknown.

Fishkill Avenue was closed until just before 5 a.m. so police could investigate.
