An Orange County man was sentenced Thursday to 10 years in prison and 10 years' probation for distributing and receiving child pornography.
Zachary Huebsch, of Pine Bush, was sentenced in federal court in White Plains.
Authorities say 25-year-old Huebsch communicated with a 12-year-old girl and instructed her to perform various sexual acts and to perform those acts on live streaming video.
The investigation began after the victim's mother discovered communication on the victim's phone that concerned her.
