Newburgh police say one person died following a crash on Feb.. 11.

It happened in the area of Rock Cut Road and Kings Hill Road around 3:30 p.m.

Authorities say that when officers arrived, they found that a Chevy Silverado crashed into a tree.

The driver and one passenger were taken to Saint Luke’s Hospital.

One other passenger was airlifted to Westchester Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
