A 23-year-old man from Poughkeepsie is facing multiple charges including criminal possession of a weapon.
Poughkeepsie police say they responded to reports of gun shots in the area of Panessa Drive on Oct. 2.
Officers located Owen Shanley outside the home. They say he later attempted to flee on foot.
Shanley was arraigned on Oct. 25 and is being held on $25,000 cash bail.
