New York State Police in Cortlandt Manor arrested three Connecticut suspects linked to a retail theft operation targeting Kohl's stores.
The trio was apprehended last week as they attempted to leave the Cortlandt Manor Kohl's with over $6,100 in stolen items.
Authorities say they also stole more than $10,000 worth of merchandise from a Kohl's in Bedford.
