Police have arrested a man who they say fired shots that hit a passing car on the Palisades Parkway over the weekend.
Authorities say 20-year-old Jonathon Ramirez shot a high-powered air rifle in the direction of the roadway from his Pomona backyard.
One of the bullets hit a car carrying four people, including a baby. No one was hurt.
Ramirez is now facing reckless endangerment and criminal mischief charges.
