Police departments seek teen recruits for North Rockland Youth Police Academy

If your teenager is interested in exploring a career in law enforcement, now is the perfect opportunity to get them started.

The Stony Point and Haverstraw Police Departments are actively seeking teen recruits for their joint North Rockland Youth Police Academy.

The North Rockland Youth Police Academy is a 10-week program designed to provide high school students from the North Rockland area, grades 9 through 12, with hands-on experience and insight into the world of law enforcement.

Classes for the program will commence in early March, offering teenagers a unique opportunity to explore their interest in law enforcement and gain valuable insights into the field.
