A Saugerties father pleaded guilty on Wednesday to committing a string of robberies in 2022.

Kirk Shultis, 34, admitted to burglarizing a home in September of that year. Officers say someone broke into a home and stole items including jewelry, paintings and $75,000 in cash.

Shultis is also accused of abducting and hiding his then-4-year-old daughter from the Ithaca area in 2019.

Shultis’ burglary sentencing is scheduled for July 8.
