There is a push to shut down a Spring Valley nightclub after a fatal shooting over the weekend.A memorial is set up outside Club Horizen for 29-year-old Don Thompson Jr., who was killed at the club. As police hunt for Thompson's killer, they're also working with the State Liquor Authority to shut the club down. The recent violence isn't the first time police have been called to the club. Police say a man was stabbed there in May. An attorney representing Club Horizen says if the State Liquor Authority closes the business without a hearing, they will be in effect putting them out of business without giving them their constitutional right.
