State police say they arrested 41-year-old Jose Erazo Friday after learning he tried unsuccessfully to break out a window at Zio's Italian Deli on Albany Post Road.

4h agoA man has been arrested for trying to break into a deli using a hammer in Cortlandt, according to police.
State police say they arrested 41-year-old Jose Erazo Friday after learning he tried unsuccessfully to break out a window at Zio's Italian Deli on Albany Post Road.
He then allegedly tried to vandalize the store's security camera to cover up the evidence.
Erazo was arraigned and remanded to the Westchester County Jail without bail.
