A Port Jervis man was arrested in the rape of a teenager.
Police say 39-year-old Jeremy Hughes sexually assaulted a victim under the age of 18.
Hughes was arrested Thursday and is charged with first-degree rape.
He’s being held in Orange County Jail on $250,000 bail.
