Police search for man behind gunpoint robbery inside Riverdale gas station
Police are searching for an unidentified man who stole close to $2,000 from a cash register at a gas station in Riverdale on July 4.

Police are on the hunt for an unidentified man they say committed a robbery at gunpoint in Riverdale on July 4.
Investigators say the robbery happened at around 3:45 p.m. inside of a gas station mini mart at 6571 Broadway.
Video shared by investigators show the man quickly grabbing cash from the register using one hand while holding a gun in the other.
Police say a 32-year-old employee was behind the register as the crime was unfolding.
After the heist, the suspect used a bike to take off from the scene riding down Broadway.
