Police: Teen spray-painted swastikas, anti-Semitic messages in Nelsonville
A teenager in Putnam County is accused of committing hate crimes.
Police say Louis Weber spent this past Halloween spray-painting swastikas and anti-Semitic words on a house that was under construction in Nelsonville.
The 18-year-old and two other teenage boys are all facing charges, including making graffiti and burglary.
It is not clear what, if anything, was stolen.
