A Dutchess County man was arrested after police said he was driving while intoxicated in the Town of Saugerties.

They say 34-year-old Taylor Lane, of Tivoli, was pulled over by officers for driving without the headlights on.

According to police, the officers discovered he had been under the influence of alcohol.

Lane was processed at Saugerties Police Headquarters where his blood alcohol content was established at .15%.

He now faces multiple charges and was released on appearance tickets.

Lane is set to return to court this month.
