New data shows many New Yorkers are growing increasingly unhappy with Gov. Andrew Cuomo's handling of the pandemic.    

In a new Marist poll, 54% of New Yorkers approve of his response to the pandemic - down from 72% in July.

19% believe Cuomo has done something illegal.

41% believe he did something that was at least unethical -- if not illegal.

Just over one in four adults say Cuomo did nothing wrong at all.
