Bryan Martinez, 30, of Port Chester, has pleaded guilty to attempted murder for shooting an off-duty NYPD officer in Yonkers last November.
The incident occurred near the Saw Mill River Parkway and Tompkins Avenue, where Martinez fired 13 rounds, striking the 27-year-old victim once in the arm.
The victim, who knew Martinez through family connections, drove himself to a hospital for treatment.
Martinez fled but was arrested two days later in Port Chester.
In Westchester County Court, the judge indicated Martinez will receive a 10-year prison sentence at his upcoming sentencing.
