A 26-year-old Port Jervis man has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a minor.
Jonathan Decker faces multiple felony charges, including rape and sexual abuse, in connection with the alleged assault, which police say occurred in July of last year.
The Port Jervis Police Department is urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward and contact them at (845) 856-5101.
