Two Port Jervis police officers will not face criminal charges for fatally shooting a man that allegedly tried to stab them.
An Orange County grand jury declined to file charges for the incident that occurred in March.
Investigators say Charles Parker Jr. was suffering from mental health issues when he charged at the officers with a knife.
Parker Jr. was killed when officers fired their weapons at him.
