Wild weather tore through Rockland County Wednesday as a possible tornado cut a swath of destruction from Orangetown to the Hudson River.
Large trees were brought down along with power lines in Upper Grandview and Grandview. Officials say there was a straight line of damage from the top of the mountain to the river, stopping just before the Tappan Zee Bridge. Residents say the storm was quick and forceful.
Police are advising residents to stay away from any downed power lines.
