The post-Thanksgiving rush was underway at Westchester County Airport on Sunday as thousands of people headed home.
Travel experts, including AAA, say Sunday would be the heaviest holiday travel day of them all.
A spokesperson for the Westchester County Airport told News 12 that flights were about 85% full.
