The two men accused in the shooting death of a Long Island father visiting Marist College pleaded not guilty in Dutchess County Court today.
Roy Johnson Jr., 35, wearing an orange jumpsuit, and Devin Taylor, 26, wearing a black and white jumpsuit, appeared in front of Judge Edward McLoughlin.

Johnson is facing a murder charge in the shooting death of Paul Kutz, of East Northport, while Taylor was indicted on criminal possession of a weapon.
Both men were remanded to Dutchess County Jail without bail.
Kutz, a father of three, was shot in the lobby of a Poughkeepsie Courtyard by Marriott during a Marist College family weekend.
Johnson also waived his extradition to Georgia, where he is facing drug and weapons charges in Fulton County.
