Power & Politics full show: Restrictions loosen as COVID-19 rates drop

Infection and hospital rates have dropped dramatically from their post-holiday highs. As those numbers go down, so do restrictions. Gov. Andrew Cuomo opened up coliseums and arenas to spectators again, though with just 10% capacity to start. "High-risk" high school sports and even club sports are getting underway as well, but in that case it's up to the local health department to decide the rules. Scott McGee is joined by Westchester County Health Commissioner Dr. Sherlita Amler to discuss.
