Psychiatrist in White Plains accused of illegally prescribing highly addictive, controlled substances

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Brooklyn, 65-year-old Dr. Marc Laruelle is charged with illegally prescribing highly addictive controlled substances to patients between September 2018 and last month.
