Putnam County couple indicted, accused of prostitution business at NY massage parlors
A Putnam Valley husband and wife have been indicted and accused of operating a prostitution business at multiple massage parlors in New York.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says Hong Ru Lin and Kena Zhao operated businesses in Putnam, Westchester, New York and Queens counties.
Authorities say the two managed a roster of women who worked at the massage parlors and performed sexual acts for customers.
They were arrested Thursday morning.
