Rain changing over to snow created a
slushy accumulation and slick conditions this morning heading
into the afternoon.
The snow was sticking to grassy surfaces, with a
coating to an inch in most places.
News 12 meteorologists say roads will become icy as the temps drop, with the
potential for black ice.
