Officials in Westchester County are concerned over possible bird flu in the area.
Croton-on-Hudson leaders say a number of dead birds have been found on private property and in village parks over the past few weeks.
Right now, it’s unclear if any of the cases are actually bird flu.
Village officials say if you find a dead bird, call the department of public works and avoid touching it.
You are also asked to report it to the state DEC’s online website.
