Some of Westchester's most vulnerable residents are receiving their second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Stephanie Gabaud, a resident of Elizabeth Seton Children's Center, is among those getting her second shot.
News 12 is told 64% of those eligible at Elizabeth Seton have been vaccinated.
So far, the center is going on 300 days without a single case of the virus among its residents.
