? Residents in Scarsdale were shocked to find papers containing messages of hate strewn throughout their neighborhood.
The messages were found near Fenimore Road. More than two dozen strips of paper with the words "Kill Jews" were discovered by residents near the Hartsdale train station.
In March, strips of paper were found containing the same message. However, those sheets of paper were placed on specific lawns, not scattered through the street.
