Onasis and his family live at the complex.

He is in the process of moving to another unit on the complex because of a mold and cockroach infestation in his current apartment.

"We've had numerous water main breaks that force the cockroaches through my sink, through my pipes, into my radiator," he said.

In the last two years, he says the pipes have broken down five times.

He hired his own exterminator service to fumigate his apartment.

Onasis says three months ago they came and sprayed his radiators, and the next day when he came home, he saw around 300 to 400 dead cockroaches on his bedroom floor.

On Tuesday, he and movers worked to throw out some of his belongings and furniture for the third time.

He says one of his greatest concerns is his daughter's safety.

She has a rare neurodevelopmental disorder that causes recurrent and temporary episodes of paralysis.

Other residents shared photos of leaking walls, uneven floors, mold and vermin within their units.

One resident shared a video of a live rat stuck in a glue trap.

News 12 contacted Samson Management and is waiting to hear back.
