A Rockland organization showed its appreciation to the men and women in blue Wednesday.

The Jewish Federation & Foundation of Rockland held a breakfast for all of the county's law enforcement officers at the Jewish community campus in West Nyack yesterday.

Organizers say the event shows their gratitude for police departments increasing their efforts to help keep them safe in the wake of recent hate speech and other anti-semitic incidents.

Last year, the organization says it drove to each police department to show their thanks.
