A convicted New Jersey sex offender will have to spend more time behind bars for a series of flashing incidents in Rockland.
Eric Horstman, 32, was sentenced Wednesday to 18 months in Rockland County Jail after pleading guilty to nine counts, including forcible touching and lewdness. Horstman was flashing women outside businesses in Clarkstown and Orangetown over the summer. He admitted to sometimes grabbing women and masturbating in front of them. Police say one of Horstman?s victims was under 17 years old.
All the charges in the case were misdemeanors. The Rockland County district attorney says he is satisfied with the sentence.
