School bus driver in Kingston faces 36 counts of child endangerment
Town of Ulster police say 64-year-old Christopher Bauer caused the bus to come to a hard stop last Thursday while several Miller Middle School students were standing, resulting in complaints of minor injuries that were evaluated by the school nurse.

endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly slamming on the brakes to stop
several middle school children from standing during his route, according to
police.
Town of Ulster police say 64-year-old Christopher Bauer
caused the bus to come to a hard stop last Thursday while several Miller Middle
School students were standing, resulting in complaints of minor injuries that
were evaluated by the school nurse.
Bauer turned himself in and was released on an appearance
ticket.
The driver was employed by First Student Transportation in
Kingston.
News 12 called the bus company and school district
for further information and comment.
