Sleepy Hollow celebrated the culture and heritage of Ecuador Sunday at the annual Ecuadorian Culture Day.
The village is home to one of the largest and fastest growing Ecuadorian communities in Westchester County, making up approximately 23% of the population, according to the most recent Census information.
