The March 2021 fire killed 79-year-old resident Oliver Hueston and 35-year-old volunteer firefighter Jared Lloyd.
Father and son rabbis Nathaniel and Aaron Sommer had faced multiple charges stemming from the fire, including manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and reckless endangerment.
This follows charges being dropped for two Spring Valley building department workers also involved in the case.
Sources say the plea deal will be formally accepted Tuesday at County Court.
Jared Lloyd's father, Calvin, says his family is being left without the justice they deserve.
“For two years, they were able to celebrate holidays and enjoy their family. For two years, we're at his gravesite. That's not justice,” he said.
