A Spring Valley man is facing DWI and vehicular assault charges following a crash in Rockland County.           

Clarkstown police say a car went down in a ditch on Route 303 near Alyssa Court in Valley Cottage.

The female passenger in the car was taken to Westchester Medical Center.

Her condition is unknown at this time.
