The Spring Hill Ambulance Corps say they were called to 2 Dutch Lane for a report about a gunshot-related wound.
One man was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The other victim is listed in stable condition.
The events leading up to the incident were not immediately clear.
